Mark Fulton is the global head of research for DB Climate Change Advisors (DBCCA) in New York. DBCCA manages the institutional climate change investment business for Deutsche Asset Management. Mr. Fulton joined Deutsche in 2006 after eight years of experience in investment research and strategy with Citigroup in Sydney and New York.

Mr. Fulton started out as an international economist with James Capel in London. He moved to Australia to work as chief economist for Potter Partners, then joined NatWest Securities, where he was involved in one of the first examinations of the investment implications of climate change. Mr. Doe received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy and economics from Oxford University.
