Ms. Hall was previously co-chief executive officer and chief investment officer of Offit Hall Capital Management LLC, the firm that became Hall Capital Partners. She was also president and managing director of Laurel Management Company, LLC, which she founded in 1994. Previously, Ms. Hall was a general partner of Laurel Arbitrage Partners, a risk arbitrage investment partnership she founded in 1989. Prior to that, she was a general partner of HFS Management Partners, HFS Partners I and Hellman & Friedman. Ms. Hall began her career in the risk arbitrage and mergers & acquisitions departments of Morgan Stanley. Ms. Hall is chair of the board of directors of Princeton University Investment Company and a member of the board of trustees of Princeton University. She also serves on several advisory boards and investment committees for a number of foundations and educational and cultural and organizations in San Francisco. She was a director of the American Century Mountain View Funds from 2002 to 2007. Ms. Hall graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and earned a master’s degree in business from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
