She was responsible for managing human resources for the Private Client Services group, providing consulting to more than 5,000 employees in four regions of the United States. While at Wells Fargo, she also led the product development of their small business 401(k) product, as well as an advice product for plan participants. Ms. Cruz earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from San Francisco State University.
